Philippe holds a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Waikato.

At Savie Academy, he serves as Co-founder and oversees curriculum development as the Director for the High School, Teen, and Adult divisions. Fluent in Chinese, English, and French, Philippe is also a Registered English-French Translator.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, Philippe's extensive academic background includes positions as an Associate Professor in the French Department at Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages (Taiwan) and a Senior Lecturer in the French Department at the University of Auckland (New Zealand). He has also taught within the French public school system and at Alliance Française New Zealand. Philippe is a leading authority in the field of advanced French instruction at Savie Academy.
